Can you hear your workout now…

The first month of the New Year is almost over and I’m bored with my current playlist already. So I set out to tweak my playlists for February. In doing so I decided to take a multi-playlist approach. In the past I would create a few generic playlist such as Workout 1 and Gym Songs and use it for everything I did at the gym
However starting February 1 I will create lists such as Run Playlist, Weight Lifting and even Cool Down Tunes. I think this will give my workouts a kick in the pants by having songs pick for the workout at hand
plus I hope not to get bored so quickly with the “same ole song”.
Below I have the Playlist I will personally use. Feel free to steal my list but don’t
steal the music, find legal methods to properly acquire the songs these artist
spent much time and effort to create. A PSA by ByeByeBigGuy.com ….

Enjoy!
