Right now I try to get push-ups and squats in whenever I can. for example the first thing I started doing was a few push-ups during the commercial breaks when I first started I could only do girl push-ups (on my knees). In a week with consistency I was able to do 10 each commercial break. Its has been about a month since I started and now I can do about 40 push-ups straight. So consistency is the KEY….. I’ll Holla

Fred,
You have the right attitude bruh! The one “secret” no one wants to tell folks who need to lose weight is that if they are consistent 80% of the time, then they are using the same principle that Olympic athletes use. Continue to do something each day; your body will really appreciate it. Hey, pushups and squats will take you a long way–just make sure to focus on form more so than reps. Proper form is EVERYTHING!!!! Keep up the good work and let me know if I can be of any help . . .
Thanks I really appreciate the comment and your right each day I feel I get stronger (Arrrrrrgh!!!)
Keep it up, you can do it! The key is to just make it part of your routine, making it a part of your lifestyle. Once you do that it’ll just be a matter of time.
Remember it didn’t take a month or two to put the weight on, it won’t come off in a month or two either!
Thanks Peter for the comment, yeah I have been doing different things every day, but the key has been to work them in to my routine.. So thanks for the info.
