I did my first 10 clap push-ups today! That’s right CLAP PUSH UPS, those are the push ups that when yon come up from the decline position you then clap both hands together and then repeat.

I had been doing push-ups all day and just felt really strong so I decided to give it a try and I did it. I actually think that if I had tried this sooner I could have did it. Next I’m going to try the one hand push up, if fact I’ll give it a try now……………… O.K. as I pick myself up off my face I am clearly not ready for the one hander, but I got something to shoot for.

Oh well I going to do a few more clap push-ups and call it a day.
