I have been doing alot of reading about weight loss latley and I came across a few site that say that both B12 and B6 vitamins helps with weight loss.  According to the article B12 helps to improve energy levels and reduces water retention.

B6 helps with weight loss by stimulating the thyroid. So I’m going to add B12 and B6 the the multi-vitamin that I already take. As all ways I’ll keep ya posted
