Hey all you guys and girls in bloggerville! This will be a quick post I want to do a quick check in on how my current weight loss is progressing. I am currently a sleek 207 as I am writing this post. It has been about 11 days since I posted and was at 218 and I have dropped about a pound each day.
Great right well I think I lost it so fast because it was new weight, which is weight I put on in the last month. I have been eating roughly 2200 calories a day and I have incorporated strength training and well as circuit training into my routine. In my next post I’m going to provide a sample workout and eating journal so that you guys can see just what my routine is.
One of the big things I did do just to throw it out there is drink less alcohol and I pretty much stayed away from wine completely. I have found that wine is one of the quickest ways to put on weight. So look out for the next post coming in a few days. There will also be another post in the fad diet section.
